Of course! You don’t need any prior experience — that’s exactly why we created the studio. During the classes we make sure everyone works at their own level, so you’re absolutely welcome even if this is your first time on a reformer.
Please bring comfortable sportswear and grip socks (if ouy have). If you don't have grip socks, you can purchase a "1 session ticket + Pesti Pilates socks" ticket in the booking system, which next to the session also includes a pair of grip socks with the Pesti Pilates logo.Drinking water is strongly recommended. You can arrive in it or change at the studio. If you’d like to shower afterwards, bring a towel and slippers. Please note that hairdryers and shower gel are not available in the studio.
It’s best to arrive about or maximum 10 minutes before the class so you have time to change and settle in. When you arrive, please press the doorbell on the left side of the entrance, and wait for the instructor to answer!
Each class has a maximum of 10 participants. This allows enough attention for everyone while keeping the session controlled and precise.
Our regular reformer pilates classes are exclusively available for women. Our goal is to provide a calm, safe, and comfortable environment where everyone can feel at ease and enjoy their workout. Our BOYS&GIRLS Reformer classes, however, are also open to male participants. These classes are typically held as the last sessions on Fridays and Saturdays.
As a significant portion of our guests are Hungarian-speaking, our classes are primarily conducted in Hungarian, however, all of our instructors speak English. For our international guests, our instructors also provide brief instructions in English.
You can still join with up to 10 minutes of delay. We ask that you do not disturb the class and do the warm-up individually. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to join to avoid injuries.
The classes held at the studio are general reformer pilates classes and are not specifically designed for pregnancy or particular medical conditions. If you are pregnant, recovering after childbirth, or have a health condition that requires a specialized exercise program, it’s best to choose a class specifically designed for that purpose. If you are unsure, please let the instructor know before the class — safety is a priority for everyone.
You can only book a class for yourself through our Motibro system. If any friends would like to join you, they need to register, purchase their own ticket, and book the class individually. For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or spectators who do not have a valid booking for the class.
